Haus Marjanne in Niederau Wildschönau is located in the most beautiful region of Tyrol, namely the Kitzbühel Alps.
Our house is in a quiet location and the center of Niederau is just a four-minute walk away.
In Sommer ideal for hikers and cyclists and in the winter perfect for skiers, as the Ski Juwel lifts and slopes are close nearby.
Close to our house you will find restaurants, supermarkets, après-ski bars and shops.
In 2020 we renovated the whole house!

Since 2018 we have been able to make our dream come true and have realised our own guesthouse with breakfast in Tyrol.
With 6 apartments and 2 double rooms we can accommodate the whole family.
